your guide to caring for your denim! (1).png

What’s up guys, me here again to give you some great tips like always! Let’s dive into it, this blog post is ideal for any man looking to revamp their wardrobe or just cop (buy) some new pieces to add to their collection. Of course, there are always trends that come and go but with these 5 must haves, they are pretty much timeless to have in your closet.

#1: Sweatshirt

SWEATER FOR MEN

This goes without saying. Obviously if you live in a tropical climate, this may not be the ideal essential in your closet but if the temps do dip a little bit for you, nothing classier than to have a few nicely fitting sweatshirts to pair with some dark jeans or chinos for a night out in town.

#2: Shades aka Sunglasses

You can never go wrong with an awesome pair of sunglasses. Not only will they help you look stylish but they will also help reduce the amount of forehead wrinkles. Know what i’m saying gents?!

#3: Chinos

Chinos are a staple in every man’s closet or at least they should be. If you don’t already own a pair of Khaki chinos at the very least, you are doing fashion all wrong! I did a whole write up on chinos here if you want to check that article out also. I’ve got tons of useful color coordinating tips on there. Check it out here.

#4 Trench Coat

As if the picture above doesn’t say it all, i’ll say it here. Trench coats. These little things can basically go with almost any look you want to pull off. You can wear it casually, street wear or over a suit. A must have in your closet.

#5: Derbis / Oxfords

This should go without saying but if you don’t already have yourself a basic pair of Derbis or Oxfords, please, do yourself a huge favor and buy a pair. You don’t have to go crazy and buy 10 different colored pairs all at once (this can be costly) but you can definitely start off with the basics, a black and brown pair could go with practically any outfit you can muster up. Once you got the basics down, you can venture out into suede blue, maybe a red pair (I have a burgundy red pair myself, love them).
